I recenly bought a hp strram 8, It works fine, I have installed a 4G SIM card, when i want to check the balance or activate data pakages i have to remove the sim and do, could anybody tell me can i manage my account without removing the sim?

I understand you're having issues accessing account info when using your 4G SIM connection.
To the best of my knowledge the HP account information and data packages require connecting from the actual DataPass connection to authenticate.
