Product: hp pro slate 3 tablet
Operating System: Other

according to hp online my hp pro slate 8 is compatible/ should be able to use OTG connected system such as connecting flash memeory unit, etc., I followed instruction such as re- starting my tablet if not able to recognised the first time OTG unit is plug in, it is using android version 5.1.1, kernel version 3.4.0.

no error is displayed, just not able to see or recognised OTG IS CONNECTED.
