Microsoft Windows XP (64-bit)

My laptop is giving me a lot of problem after I recovery it... asking for my product key number that I don’t know where to see it.. unable to install an application saying some security not exit. Now unable to see hotspots.. is there anything I can do to make my laptop start normal like the day I bought it?

Welcome to HP support.

 

I see that this notebook was shipped with Windows 10.

Install Windows 10 back on the computer using recovery media.

Windows XP is no longer supported by HP or Microsoft.

Refer this link to obtain the recovery disk:- Click here
