hp photosmart 7520
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 

Having typed from  windows 10  a lengthy document , I then tried to print it to HPphotosmart 7520 

I FAILED MISERABLY .  i HAVE A USB CONNECTION TO THE PRINTER BUT ITS NOT PRINTING ! help !

I understand that you are unable to print from the computer.

 

Is copy working fine?

Are you using genuine HP ink cartridge?

 

Let's try running the print scan doctor, please follow the below steps.

  1. Download the HP Print and Scan Doctor.

  2. Run HPPSdr.exe from the download location on your computer.

  3. Once HP Print and Scan Doctor is open, click Start, and then choose your printer.

    • If your printer is not listed, turn it on and click Retry.
    • If there is a connection problem, follow the instructions in the tool.
  4. Click Fix Printing.

  5. Click Test Print and wait for the test to fail.

  6. Click No Print, and restart the printer when prompted.

If the issue persists, follow the related HP document that could fix the issue.

Did the advice for running the HP Print and Scan Dr. do anything to resolve the printer not working?
