Hp Envy x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I tried resetting my laptop by using the hp recovery, it says the restoration was incomplete and now anytime my hp starts instead of the main screen , it takes me to the same message popping out, “restoration incomplete”. And it doesn’t let me go to my desktop, if I remove the message the whole computer restarts. What’s going on?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

The HP Cloud Recovery Tool allows you to download recovery software to a USB drive. You can use the downloaded recovery image file in order to install the Windows operating system.

Click here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c06162205 to Use the HP Cloud Recovery Tool (Windows 10, 7)

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
