HP ENVY 15t-j100 Quad Edition CTO
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was gaming when the screen turned pink, and sometimes it's also green-ish. I can still use the laptop but it's not condurtable at all, no physical trauma to the device was sustained imidiatly before the incident. tried to restart the computer but it didn't help.

Update: 2 minutes after writing the messege the screen returned to it's normal state without any pink or green stuff on it, I've read somewhere that it might've accured because the graphic's card overheated, and that makes sense as our geographiocal area eperiencing the most extreme heat wave in 20 years

its 100f here, but 77 f inside, (AC plant 5 tons here)  no extreme heat in Texas, it's NORMAL here,

so sure it overheated,

never game on any PC , with hot room.

or risk damage to the CPU and GPU.

the CPU shuts off at near 90C; and in most cases protects itself for sure.... but...

the GPU may get damage....

Gaming can make the GPU super hot.

If overlockling the PC, 10x worse.

clean the fan and all vents and the radiator inside? yet,

do this every year,>?

if not it will overheat faster. due to lack of correct air flows.

NO warranty answers by me.
