Hp Photosmart 5520

i use HP smart app for printing from mij phone (samsung A8).

Its not working he prints nothing. I do have an connection with mij printer so the wireless connection works.

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂 I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers. 

 

Please try to uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App. If the issue still persists, please reset the network settings on your phone:

  1. From the Settings menu, look under Backup and reset.
  2. Under Reset tap Reset network settings.
  3. Tap RESET SETTINGS.
  4. If a PIN, Password, or Fingerprint has been enabled, enter it.
  5. Tap RESET SETTINGS again.
  6. A confirmation message will display when complete.
