Product: HP Elite X3
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I bought a "HP Elite X3" and "HP24er Display", but they each other do not work with a TV of another company "HP Elite X3" works well. To "HP24er Display" connected the laptop works well, that is "HP Elite X3" and "HP24er Display" with other devices but not with each other. What can I do to "HP Elite X3" earned "HP24er Display"? when using the "HP Elite X3" on the screen "HP24er Display" leave a message "Input signal not found".

 

Купил "HP Elite X3" и "HP24er Display", но они друг с другом не работают, с телевизором другой фирмы "HP Elite X3" работает хорошо. К "HP24er Display" подключал ноутбук, работает хорошо, то есть "HP Elite X3" и "HP24er Display" с другими устройствами работаю, но не друг с другом.

Что мне сделать что бы "HP Elite X3" заработал "HP24er Display"?

при подключении "HP Elite X3" на экране "HP24er Display" выходит сообщение "Input signal not found".
