My Hp Laptop  : 15-daO327TU

Keeps having issues with  undoing changes done to your screen   after an update. It's been like this for hours now and I don't know what to do about it.

I've tried force shutting it 3/4 times already.

I've also tried letting it rest shut down for a couple of hours, but nothing is changing. I don't know what to do anybody have soultions?

Can I get this fixed without losing all my data?

@Daniella_assa_n Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are getting Undoing the changes made to your computer message.

Either the hard drive must be failing or OS for corrupted or it may be just some Windows Updates causing the problem.

You can do a system restore to a previously known good state.
See "Restore your computer when Windows cannot start normally" section in here - http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03327545

But first do a complete - quick & extensive hard drive testing from BIOS first:
