slate

HP Recommended

Bought a Slate 21-s 100 yesterday. Touchscreen wont respond. Have done everything HP succest on the supportpage. Nothing works. I get full access with mouse but touchscreen is cold dead.

Hi flyingfinn, welcome to the HP Forums. I understand your Touch Screen is non-responsive. Not a lot of troubleshooting for a nonresponsive Touch Screen. You can restart the device. If it still happens you can recover the device.
