somehow windows11 installed i want my original 8.1 back and secondly cant check my yahoo. mail

windows 11 downloaded mysteriously i want my origanal 8.1 back and secondly when i go check my yahoo mail have some serious issues goin on there, my puter will crash VERY shortly if there issues arent resolved pronto
