The zip file to download directly from software and drivers on this official website hp and without success some probe with several of these (are 6) and with none can I revive my tablet is a 10 hd slate if I would love that they could help me since when I try to install the zip from the recovery I sent a legend that says aborted installation (staus 7) and so with each of the zip.

As I understand the tablet is stuck and it won't boot. Don't worry as I have a few steps which should help you resolve this issue.

 

Perform a Hard reboot: A hard reboot can resolve many startup issues. Press and hold the power button for more than eight seconds. After the tablet fully shuts down, wait a few seconds, and then press the power button to turn on the tablet.

 

Performing a Factory Reset on Your HP Slate 7 HD or Slate 10 HD Tablet (Android 4.2/Jelly Bean)

As I understand you are having issues with the tablet. Have you tried to perform a factory reset when the tablet does not boot. If not, please try these steps here:

 

Resetting with the tablet powered off

  1. Disconnect the charging cable from the tablet.

  2. With the tablet powered off, press and hold the volume up (+) button and power button at the same time.

  3. When an HP logo appears on the screen, release the buttons.

  4. When the Android system recovery menu appears, use the volume down button to highlight Wipe data/factory reset.

       NOTE:

    The touch screen is disabled when the tablet is in recovery mode. Use the volume up (+) and volume down (-) buttons to navigate up or down in the recovery menu. Use the power button to make a selection.

  5. Press the power button to select.

  6. The screen displays Confirm wipe of all user data? THIS CAN NOT BE UNDONE. Use the volume down button to highlight Yes -- delete all user data.

  7. Press the power button to confirm and begin the reset.

  8. A recovery system screen shows the reset process. Wait for the reset process to complete.

  9. When the screen displays the message Data wipe complete, highlight Reboot system now, and then press the power button to select.

    Wait for the tablet to reboot.

  10. Set up the tablet by following the steps in the HP support document Setting Up Your HP Tablet (Android 4.1/Jelly Bean).

If you have followed the steps suggested and still having the issue. I would personally suggest you contact our HP phone support for available service options. If your product is out of warranty, please choose paid options to get the tech support number.

 

HP Technical Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: http://h22207.www2.hp.com/us-en/?openCLC=true

(1) Once the support page opens please select the country in which you're located. Next, enter your HP model number on the right.

(2) Next, choose the 'Contact Support' tab at the top and scroll down to the bottom of the 'HP Support- Contact' page to fill out the form provided with your contact information.

(3) Once completed click the 'Show Options' icon on the bottom right.

(4) Lastly, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Get the phone number.' A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
