I'm having this frustration of scrolling through webpages and having my touchpad continuiously zooming in. I have searched everywhere for a solution but nothing. Can somebody tell me why the option to turn off this zoom in feature on my touchpad isn't in the touch pad or mouse setting. Please be direct and straight to the point.Annotation 2019-02-21 171947.jpg

Hi @

Restart your computer and try these steps -

1) Right click on the start icon and open "Settings".
2) Click on "Devices".
3) Click on "Touchpad" located on the left side of the screen.
4) Uncheck zoom located under "Scroll and Zoom".

If the issue still persists, try re-installing the touchpad driver -

1) Right click on the start or Windows icon and open the "Device Manager".
2) Expand the "Mice and other pointing devices".
3) Right click on the "Synaptics TouchPad".
4) Click on uninstall and restart the computer.

Let me know.
