Follow instructions on it and it should do the trick for you.
Also, the instruction manual of the keyboard should have a default pin. This should work for you.
Please check the instruction manual also. (It is normally 0000.

Although it is for T1000 the steps are relevant for this model also.
Please perform all these steps patiently as it is critical to resolving the issue. The trick is to remain patient.
