Product: HP x2 detachable 2 in 1
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i was told to get the hp pro tablet active pen. it is the one HP said would work but i cant get it to. im wondering if i dont have the right one or maybe not the right software. my 2 in 1 came with windows ink so i dont know please help.

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that the stylus pen is not working on hp product. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

 

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

Provide the HP Product number or the model number?
