Product: HP ELITE DESK 800 G2 TOWER
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

windows mobile device center for my win10 pro does not work

When I connect my handheld data collector my pc does not recognize the drive 

Works on my other pc with windows 7 ultimate

Thanks for the link. I have installed that but did it again, same results, says its starting but then goes away.
