zeen exploded

zeen tablet exploded and my printer is out of warranty, I have 2 questions : first what our my options ? I don't feel like buying a new one out of pocket and this one seems repairable. second do I even need the tablet in order for the printer to function and to work wirelessly?

HP will do absolutely nothing for you. This product should have been recalled and buyers given their money back.

You’re out of luck.

I’ll never buy another HP product - they’ve lost a lifelong customer over this.
