Is it possible to buy the film that is on the bottom of a cordless mouse. My grandson thought it was a sticker and pulled it off and now the mouse sticks to things and wil not run smoothly

As a general rule, once broken, Mice cannot be repaired - or they are not worth the time, money, and effort to do so.
Fortunately, mice are not expensive - or at least, they don't have to be.
Hopefully, Grandson did not destroy an expensive gaming mouse...
