HP Recommended

I’ve had my Envy for 4 years.  I’m not rough with it, it generally sits on a desk and doesn’t move. I was just on an 8 day trip (laptop was not with me).   No one was in my house while I was gone however when I got home and went to open it to do some work, the casing completely separated from the screen and one of the hinges seems to have broken.   Pieces have literally fallen out of the gap that now exists.  I’ve taken pics but it seems impossible to find a good email for customer service.    Apparently my warranty expired in 2019.  Is there nothing that HP will do?   This was not a cheap laptop and should have lasted longer than 4 years, especially when it doesn’t get moved around much at all.  I’ve been loyaL to this brand for a long time, so I’m incredibly disappointed in this.  Thanks!
