Product: Stream 7
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My HP stream 7 will not boot into a OS. It has the usual HP loading then a blank screen (Black) with only a cursor OR the usual windows 10 / 8.1 touch screen fingertips. When I diangnosed it there is a chance that it had 8.1 on it and then someone tried to put 10 on it but stuffed up. It has drivers, command prompt and all through the normal See Advanced Options menu. If anyone knows how to fix it please tell me.
