Product: HP 32f 31.5-Inch Display
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I'm trying to get my monitor to respond. usually there's supposed to be a yellow-orangish light at the power button but it's only showing a tiny white light next to where you plug in the power chord and no screen response, just a black screen

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • What are the troubleshooting steps you have tried so far?
  • Are you getting any error messages or codes? No input signal
