HP Recommended
Product: I don't know I can't find it since it won't turn on
Operating System: Chrome OS
  • The charger doesn't work but if I plug it into my Samsung phone charger it works
  • It doesn't turn on
  • I can hear something thru the keyboard but nothing works 
  • The light when it's in doesn't turn white 
  • I tried methods like hard resets by nothing works
