Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop was stolen one night ago please called and said they need the serial number model number and then they can try to find it anybody have any suggestions on how to get it quicker can I track it

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ... I would like to help you.

 

If <HP Support Assistent> was installed or computer registered at HP -> Contact HP Support

 

Standard procedure would be the following

 

Please contact POLICE ! They can investigate and have special rights.

 

You will need proof of ownership: proof of purchase (invoice), documents such as warranty and emails from HP. On the packaging of the notebook there is a sticker with the unique product data

product number (p/n)

serial number (s/n)

]
