HP Recommended
Product: Hp deskjet plus 4130
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't seem to download the app onto my sons laptop. It was given to us from the government scheme to make home learning accessible. It is a hp windows 10 I can get to the point of "get" free but when I click the button to download it it does nothing at all. We have 3 of the same laptops from the same scheme and they all do the same. So what am I doing wrong. Very frustrated now as all I want to do it print their work. I have set the whole thing up with app on my phone and can scan etc including print but it always comes out so so so small! Please help.
