Pro Tablet 608 G1
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a used tablet (Pro Tablet 608 G1). I started doing software updates, and decided to update the BIOS. I started the update, and restarted the tablet as directed. But it turns out the BIOS is password protected! A previous owner had added a BIOS password, and there's no way for me to figure out what the password is. I can't complete the update without the password.

I can get into Windows by holding down the volume key as the tablet boots - but it's a huge annoyance, and I don't know if the BIOS will ever be updated until I can unlock it.

Is there any solution for this? Either to reset/remove the BIOS password, or to finish the update without it? I'd certainly prefer having access to BIOS, but at this point I'd be happy just to boot my tablet properly.

Thanks!
