When I try to boot up my pc I get the BSOD and am stuck in a loop of restarting since I cant get onto ky pc with safe mode and after trying alot of things of the internet I now have error code 0xc0000001 and error code 0xc00098 which had to do with the /bsd file and I cant get to the screen with torubleshooting and cmd anymore it tells me I need recovery tools and my pc from what I recall didnt come with a windows installation disk and it and then it says to contact your device manufacturer which I also cannot find anywhere. Attached I will have the 4 screens I can access

Hi:

 

Using another Windows PC running W7 64 bit or newer, use the media creation tool to create a bootable USB or DVD.

 

Make the 64 bit installation media.

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

Boot from the installation media, and when you get to the Install Now screen, on the lower left corner of that screen will be a repair your computer option.

 

Select that option and there will be various tools you can try to repair the installation.
