Can't connect my Galaxy Note 20 ultra to HP 8610

Have a new Galaxy Note 20 Ultra. I have downloaded the HP apps on the phone for printing. For some reason the phone doesn't "see" the printer.  The phone and the printer are on the same wireless network. The wireless printing from my wife's iPhone works perfectly so I know wireless printing from a smartphone works. Installed printer IP address into Galaxy, phone still didn't see printer.  Turned off printer and phone, then turned back on, that didn't fix it either.  Phone just "searches for printer" but never finds it.  Thank you in advance for any and all assistance offered.
