Hello. My kids got Chromebooks for Christmas from a friend. One of them works great, no problems. The other one has had nothing but problems from the time we were setting it up. They are the same model, purchased at the same time. The one we are having trouble with I can only get to turn on (so I can see the screen) sometimes. We were never able to even complete the setup process to use it one time. When following instructions/resources the registration site I get a page that says HP does not support this product anymore. But it's still under warranty! I think this has a hardware problem, but I can't even seem to get to HP support to discuss replacement. It seems they just want to ignore these devices entirely. Any advice welcome. Thank you.
