External Memory Capacity

Product: ExHP - 14 - db0043wm AND HP Chromebook 14 G3 - Tegra K1 CD570M - A1

I'm thinking of buying these two units but I can't determine what the External Storage Capacity (MicroSD Card) is. I don't want to purchase anything that doesn't have the capacity to utilize external storage. If external storage isn't an option does this allow for an external hard drive through a USB port? Thanks!!!!
