Hello
I did factory reset for my laptop hp pavilion during booting a massage shows restoration incomplete and balck screen C:\windows\system32\cmd. Exe the system cannot find the drive specific
Please help me what to do?

Hi:
Your notebook should be supported by the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to make a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
