HO Blue Screen-critical process died

Hi Everyone

My Hp is showing a blue screen with ‘critical process died.

I’ve run system checks- all passed,

I tried to to a system restore but it won’t let me select the c-drive to go to the ‘next’ stage of the restore.

 

I even tried to reset the PC, but even that was unsuccessful. 

Any help would be amazing, as I’m ready to Troy for the PC out the window! 
also very frustrated as I can’t find a contact no for HP, as the PC is still under Warrenty!
