HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was going to sell my phone, so I did a factory reset. That has happened, but it is saying I didn't remove reset protection, I never to my knowledge put this on the phone in the first place! I have done what it tells you on the screen, log in to Windows account etc etc, but my phone, as I thought is not connected to the account. I have been told by Microsoft team, the phone is literally a 'Brick' is this the case?
