Yesterday Microsoft support assisted me in an error that was happening with the Microsoft store and in order to fix it thwy installed a new update to the latest version of Windows and ever since that I cannot sign on I click on my profile click sign on enter my password for my  Microsoft account but then prompts me to enter a pin when I click okay to enter the PIN it says it isn't available I can either skip or retry re-trying does nothing. So I tried to skip it and then the screen goes black and then restart from the sign-in screen. I've tried many things including booting my device in safe mode running computer check-ups resetting my PC through both local and Cloud reset wow keeping my files I'm afraid I might have to either factory restart or restore to a previous version but I don't know how to do it either and I really don't want to lose all my information
