Hp Pen cant pair with Hp Elite 2

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have Hp pen 1MR94AA bought last year and I cant pair it with my HP Elite2 notebook. I tried to change the battery and insert new ones, yet still unpaired. Any suggestions on how this work? Does it pair using Bluetooth or it automatically pair by touching the screen? If anyone have encountered this problem (either you fixed it or not ) just let me know.

 

My Pen details are:

model: 1MR94AA
