I can't update some apps and I can't download some latest app because I need to update first my android version and my android version is KitKat 4.4.2 pls update my software

Doesn't work that way.  Google controls the versions of Android installed on tablets and nearly all cases, the version that comes preloaded is not upgradeable.

 

HP has nothing whatsoever to do with this, so how this is generally done is that you go into settings and look for system updates.  If Google has made a update available, it will be listed there;  if not, it will not.

HP abandoned their entire Android device line years ago.  That is when the updates ended.

 

Your only viable option will soon be a new purchase....

Google, and only Google, decides HOW LONG they will provide OS updates for any particular device.  Once they have decided to STOP proving updates for a particular model, as @WyreNut pointed out, your only option to get a new Android version is to buy a newer device.

 

HP has no say in this.
