Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I have the latest update and my laptop is glitching with a black screen. It’s flashing and i dont know how to get it to stop. This problem has happened before and it stopped but now it’s starting to occur again. I have a lot of tabs open and I’ve been on zoom. As soon as I joined a huge zoom called this started to happen and seems to happen when I join a zoom call sometimes.
