Product: HP 4520

Hello.

After making this printer available for wireless printing from Samsung tablet and desktop next one was the smartphone as mentioned in subject.

Printing from tablet and desktop does work.

 

We did install the HP smart App and the HP print service plugin on the phone (same as tablet).

Problem: printing from this smartphone does'nt work.

Not from any App.

There is no sign of the printer although the App shows this wireless printer (available for printing i assume).

Word or other documents cannot be printed.

Sharing does not show the printer as well selecting the 3 dots (options) does not show printing options.

How to continue?
