My HP computer wants me to sign in with an email that has been deleted, how do I login?

Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

My Acer computer would switch Which email you would use to log into depending on which email was the last email that you had up on the computer. Well I deleted the email through my cell phone and when I went to sign into my computer a week later the deleted email  was the email address that the computer wanted me to sign in. So I put what I thought was my password and it didn’t work I assume because the email has been deleted, my question is how do I get it back to my regular email and be able to log into my computer without factory resetting it and losing all of my information?

You listed an Acer computer as your device.

In this case it does not make any difference to the answer we can provide.

Fingerprint Sensor / Forced Reset

If the fingerprint sensor suddenly stops working on your computer

OR

If the computer is not issuing errors but still won’t let you log in,

Consider trying a Forced Reset (power reset).

Reminders

A Forced Reset is NOT a “recovery” and does not remove your data – this reset merely forces the computer to load the Operating System from disk.

Forced Reset does not harm a healthy system nor does it “fix” problems not related to a clean start.
