As I have sent the product for repair during Jan 1st week and HP received it on Jan 14th, still I didn't receive my laptop and no status has been changed in online. I have raised my concern more than 4 times, still no action has been taken. Also I am moving overseas on Feb 17th and not going to return back to United States, Hope you understand my situation and will send the repaired product asap.
I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
