HP Recommended
Product: HP Envy 4520 series
Operating System: Android 8.0 Oreo and older

I have the above printer but am jo longer able to print to it. The printer is not recognised by my tablet or phone any longer. Them through the new HP smart app I can't print anything from my One Drive. If I move the item to my Google Drive, it doesn't recognize word documents!!!! This is so frustrating, I use this for my work and it's causing many issues and losses in earnings. Please advise.
