  1. What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device? 
  2. What is the output you receiving?

What is the error you are receiving, when you try and print?

It says "Paper too short" " Please remove the paper from the printer and load longer paper, or make sure that your paper is correctly oriented ...

Are you able to print from other applications?

 

Try changing the paper size on quick books before printing-

 

  1. Open the purchase order and click the Formatting tab.
  2. Select Customize Data Layout to open the Additional Customization window.
  3. Click the Print tab, select Use specified printer settings below for this Purchase Order and set the appropriate Paper Size
  4. Click OK to save the changes.
  5. Try and print
