Hi good day. I have hp slate 21 4 yrs old. The isaue was Almost a year not use. When we open  only appears the logo with 3 stipe and  stock to that. What we need to do. Thanks for your response

go to system recovery and perform a factory reset. if u dont know to do it dont worry.go to  https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03915683 this go check performing factory reset while device is off
