I recently notice a fault on my PC, it will just trip off at about the 40% and below battery percentage. Sometimes it goes off at the (20-30) battery percentage. When it is using battery strength, I.e not on charge.
When this happens I cannot turn the system on without being plug to an AC current. When plugged to an AC current, it starts from the 0% to charge.
Recently I notice that, when it is on charge, it will show the 'white light, indicating fully charge' without it actually being fully charged. Although this one happen within few seconds and it will continue to charge again normally.
What troubles me is the amount of data I have lost and will loose due to the system just tripping off without warning or notification, and it shutting down at about 30battery percentage.
The name of the PC is (HP 250 G6 Notebook PC) with product number 2SX57EA#BH5.
