Printer Model No.      :    HP Deskjet Ink Advantage Ultra 4729 All-in-One Printer

 

Dear friends, 

 

I use my mobile internet to connect to the printer. I take printouts via phone (Android) and printouts & scan via Android Tablet using the same mobile phone internet connection (I've also installed the HP Printer Service Plugin & HP Smart apps installed in the Tablet).

 

And, recently I changed my mobile phone from Redmi to Vivo. And surprisingly I couldn't connect my Tablet anymore, nevertheless, I could take printouts via my new Vivo phone. 

 

Please help me out by giving support/guidance in this issue.

there must be some compatibility issues go get a repairer or send your device to repairer
