First, apologies if this is the wrong place to ask this question...

 

I am unable to file MYHPSUPPORT claims. There is a message saying user is deactivated.  My profile cannot be updated as drop-down boxes have nothing available to select.  Therefore profile cannot be updated and saved.  

 

First email I sent to MyHPSupportHelp.AMSEnglish@hp.com I received a link, clicked on it, but profile unable to be updated.  I've since sent multiple emails over the last couple weeks to MyHPSupportHelp.AMSEnglish@hp.com but have got nothing back at all. 

 

I've seen others asking this same question with the same issue, but a lot of the links provided as solutions no longer work. 

We have claims needing submitted for our customer, but are unable to do so.   Any help would be greatly appreciated. 

 

UPDATE: If you are having this issue call HP 1-800-334-5144 and explain your situation.  This is what I did and later that day received an email with a new link to complete registration.
