Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello everyboday.

I have bought this laptop 

"HP 15s-DU2061TU" in the month of October,2020. From then, I am facing too much problems while using it.Like, start menu takes a lot time to open.A software takes several minutes sometimes to open. I couldn’t use Chrome Browser too.I can't watch youtube or use facebook at the same time for huge lags.It takes a long time to respond.Different windows updates (cumulative etc etc) come almost everyday.If I start updating this, my laptop starts huge lagging.I couldn't open another software.So, I am facing a lot problems using this almost new laptop from the start.There is hardly any day when I could use my device with satisfaction.Please help me.😭
