Windows 10 update: We couldn't connect to the update service.

HP Recommended
OMEN
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ran the trouble shouter on windows update.  No issues found.  Restarted update service.  No luck.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

The error message refers to servers are currently down or not working. Please wait for another 24 hours and see if the issue persists.
