My husband returned an unopened laptop he bought on line on the 22nd February and has yet to receive a refund. He may have been sent an email but unfortunately when he gave HP his email address he put one too many 'm's in it. really disappointed we are having to chase this up, it does not inspire confidence. I paid by PayPal should I get them to sort this out?
