my office jet pro 8610 printer will not stop printing the same document over and over again. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Assuming Windows and using a PC (as opposed to a tablet, a phone, a Mac),

  • Clear the print queue folder and restart the printing services

Restart services

Cancel Print Jobs in the Printer Queue

 

  • Stop Print Spooler Service
  • Remove files from C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS
  • Start Print Spooler Service
