Dear All, can you help me to get a verified answer on whether a Poly Sync 20+ MSTeams USB-C Speakerphone (772D1AA) can be connected to a laptop with USB-A ports available ?

Can a (specific ?) converter from USB-C to USB-A be used, so all Poly Sync 20+ functionalities will be available ?

Thank you for your attention and best regards!

George

Hi @GeorgeM_GR , Welcome to Poly HP Support Community.

I understand you're looking for a USB-C to USB-A converter, and I'm happy to help guide you. You can search online using the part number below to find the compatible converter:

Part Number: 209506-01

Additionally, since your device is a Sync 20+, it should have included a USB adapter in the box. If available, I recommend using the BT700 Bluetooth adapter, as it offers enhanced audio quality and more reliable performance.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance. If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution more easily by giving Kudos/Thumbs Up and marking my post as an Accepted Solution.
